Senior AI Delivery & Advisory Consultant (Remote)

Take AI systems from research to production, building multi-agent workflows, scalable data pipelines and Azure-deployed services for PE and professional services clients. Suits an experienced AI or software engineer with advanced Python, agentic frameworks and MLOps skills.

You’ll work on applied AI and agentic systems for PE clients, hands-on with model integration, multi-agent workflows and data engineering from day one. Looking for a strong Python and SQL foundation, basic ML knowledge, and a CS/AI/Data Science degree with solid academic results.

Position: Full-time, permanent, remote-first (UK preferred, with easy access to London; open to Northwestern Europe)

You’ll own AI engagements end to end: leading discovery, design and prototyping, then directing delivery through Attercop’s Applied Science and Engineering (ASE) team, who build to production. You hold the client relationship and the outcome throughout, including on work where ASE, not you, writes the production code.

This is a senior, client-facing role. Alongside delivery, you’ll run Diagnostic, Technology Due Diligence and proof-of-concept engagements at the pace deal teams need, and support proposals and scoping conversations before an engagement is signed. Most of your time is billable client work, with the balance split between pre-sales support and developing our methods, tools and IP.
