Job description

Morson Human Resources Limited is hiring a Service Support Analyst in Aylesbury with hybrid working. The role provides high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business, logging, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests.

Requirements

You’ll support users across Microsoft Azure, AVD, M365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, plus laptops, desktops, printers and meeting room tech. Strong ITIL knowledge and security awareness are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
