Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver on-site hardware support and end-user IT services to enable Edwards Lifesciences’ patient-focused mission.You will work within a global IT team to install, image, deploy, and maintain computing devices, while training users and coordinating with vendors.Your impact includes stabilizing desktops and peripherals, driving lifecycle upgrades, and shaping IT processes that align with global standards.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear path to broader IT initiatives.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Provide on-site hardware support for installation, integration and maintenance of computing devices * Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Tier 2/3) * Configure and manage workstations and portable devices per imaging/deployment processes * Perform daily support tasks (moves, adds, changes) for desktops and related hardware * Define lifecycle upgrade requirements and support IT projects * Train users on hardware, software and systems (one-on-one, small groups, ad-hoc) * Create standard image and deployment processes aligned with global standards * Coordinate with third-party vendors for orders, warranties, and project needs * Assist with tablet and mobile device solutions to meet operational/business needs * Define/audit standard tools and processes for asset management (physical/electronic) * Manage service tickets, prioritise requests, provide cost visibility and approvals * Assist help desk with user support as needed * Perform lifecycle upgrades and projects as directed * Maintain asset identification and control systems * Adhere to company rules and safety/environment policies Responsabilidades * Associate’s Degree or equivalent in related discipline * 5 years of IT hardware/software experience * Strong customer service focused skills * Effective cable management skills Requisitos principales * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Flexible working hours, remote working * Pension plan * Life insurance * Medical plan * Employee stock purchase programme
