Experteer Overview As a Middle/Senior ML Engineer at Workato, you design, build, and productionize ML/LLM-powered services that enable intelligent automation across the platform.You will partner with engineering, product, and design to define metrics, run experiments, and derive actionable insights.You contribute to scalable AI systems, code reviews, and cross-functional initiatives that raise engineering quality.Your work helps deliver AI-driven product capabilities at enterprise scale with reliable performance.You join a fast-moving team shaping the future of automated experiences on Workato’s platform.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Build and improve AI services using LLMs and custom models for production use cases * Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end from prototyping to deployment and monitoring * Write high-quality Python code that is testable, maintainable, and efficient * Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services * Partner cross-functionally with product managers, platform engineers, and stakeholders to ship AI-powered capabilities * Evaluate and optimize existing implementations by identifying bottlenecks and bugs * Design controlled experiments to test AI-based features and analyze results for insights * Contribute to technical design and code reviews to raise engineering quality * Experiment with model behavior, prompting, retrieval, tool use, or orchestration strategies to improve outcomes Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience * 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or similar role * Strong Python programming skills * Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLM-based systems * Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, debugging, version control) * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and own projects Requisitos principales *
