Enterprise Application Assurance Architect

Experteer Overview As Enterprise Application Assurance Architect you safeguard Sonova’s application landscape by evaluating security design, identifying gaps, and recommending architecture-aligned controls.You will drive security architecture evolution within the EA framework and collaborate across Security, Legal, Data Privacy, IT Infrastructure, and SecOps.You help ensure risk-based remediation, participate in the EA Review Board, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain a compliant, audit-ready posture.This role offers influencing impact at scale with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Drive evolution of enterprise security architecture in line with EA principles and standards * Conduct security assessments for new apps, major changes, and vendors (including SaaS and custom solutions) * Review security documentation (ISO *****, SOC 2, pen-test reports, architecture diagrams) and assess risks * Identify gaps and propose risk-based remediation and security-by-design controls * Document recommendations and support risk management, escalating issues when needed * Contribute security recommendations to the Enterprise Architecture Review Board * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Data Privacy, IT Infrastructure, SecOps) * Support continuous improvement of security assessment processes and provide risk trend insights Responsabilidades * 10+ years IT experience including security architecture or security engineering in enterprise environments * Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business IT, or equivalent experience * Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or equivalent professional experience * Strong knowledge of security architecture, risk/compliance alignment, and audit-ready controls * Broad understanding of application and integration security (IAM/PAM, cloud, data, network security, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management) * Experience reviewing technical security documentation and performing vendor/third-party assessments * Strategic thinker with ability to align business, risk, and security architecture * Strong communicator who can simplify complex security topics * Pragmatic, solution-oriented, collaborative leader in matrix environments * Continuous learner with professional proficiency in English Requisitos principales * flexible hybrid working model * training opportunities * individual development plans * growth opportunities * inclusive culture * equal opportunity employer
