Experteer Overview Asegúrese de presentar su candidatura con toda la información solicitada, tal como se expone en la descripción del puesto a continuación.In this senior role you will design and evolve a scalable, enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform that enables engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate AI agents securely and efficiently.You will shape governance, runtime, and developer experience to support multiple teams and model providers.The position emphasizes enterprise adoption, cross-team collaboration, and building reusable AI capabilities.You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and site-reliability colleagues to enable SiP (scalable, secure, model-agnostic) AI at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Architect a reusable enterprise Agentic AI platform (runtime, orchestration, memory, guardrails, observability)* Develop and maintain an Agent Harness with MCP integration* Define Golden Paths for standardized AI agent development and deployment* Build a model-agnostic AI runtime supporting multiple LLM providers and enterprise integrations* Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes, GPUs, networking, and cloud-native AI infra* Establish enterprise AI governance including policy enforcement, lifecycle management, human-in-the-loop, and cost optimization* Integrate AI agents with CI/CD, ITSM, observability, and cloud/business applications* Define engineering standards and mentor teams to drive enterprise adoption of Agentic AI best practicesResponsabilidades* 5+ years designing cloud-native platforms or enterprise software architectures* Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures, orchestration, memory, evaluation, and guardrails* Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen* Strong Python software engineering skills* Expertise in Kubernetes, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures* Understanding xqbhyrx of AI infrastructure (GPUs, model serving, AI gateways, observability)* Experience designing developer platforms and reusable services rather than standalone apps* Professional proficiency in English and SpanishRequisitos principales* dynamic, hybrid-friendly culture* Be Well programs supporting financial, mental, physical, and social health* opportunities for learning through certifications with Microsoft, Google, and Amazon* coaching and hands-on experiences* personalized development goals and continuous feedback* career growth and cutting-edge learning opportunities
