Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an experiencedMicrosoft AI & Copilot Specialistwith a strong background in IT solution design, development, administration, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem, particularlyMicrosoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AI-powered solutions that improve business productivity, automation, and user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable AI and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies. Implement and supportMicrosoft 365 Copilotsolutions across business functions. Build and customize AI agents and conversational experiences usingMicrosoft Copilot Studio. Work withMicrosoft Agent 365to design, manage, and integrate enterprise AI agents. LeverageAzure AI Foundryto develop, deploy, and manage AI-powered applications and solutions. Design and develop business solutions usingMicrosoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services. Integrate Copilot and AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise applications, and other data sources. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture. Perform solution administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ongoing support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and infrastructure teams. Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, governance, and compliance requirements. Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, deployment, and operational processes. Stay current with Microsoft AI, Copilot, Azure, and Power Platform capabilities and recommend new opportunities for adoption.

5+ years of experiencein IT solution design, development, administration, and/or technical support. Approximately2+ years of hands-on experienceworking with Microsoft AI and automation technologies. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Copilot Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Agent 365 Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Power Platform Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs. Good understanding of security, governance, identity, and access management within Microsoft environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications related toAzure, AI, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform. Experience with enterprise Copilot/AI implementations. Experience developing AI agents and workflow automation. Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, data integration, and cloud architecture. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
