Job description

Whether your experience is in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or on-premise SAP, your knowledge is relevant. What matters most is your willingness to learn and adapt., * Analyze and resolve customer tickets and incidents

  • Translate service requests into concrete solutions
  • Explore new S/4HANA Cloud features and advise customers
  • Support bi-annual release testing
  • Implement improvements as part of ongoing service contracts
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues on end-to-end solutions

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of SAP experience (FI/CO, SD, MM, or Logistics)
  • You understand core business processes in your domain
  • Experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus
  • You’re customer-oriented, proactive, and communicate clearly
  • You speak English + Dutch and/or French
  • You’re open to occasional travel
