As a Test Engineer, you will:

• Define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans.

• Manage end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Plan and execute migration testing activities, including data validation and risk assessment.

• Manage defects and drive quality initiatives.

• Ensure seamless system transitions through structured testing approaches.

• 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and Test Management.

• Strong expertise in defining test strategies and developing comprehensive test plans.

• Extensive experience in migration testing, including planning, execution, data validation, risk assessment, and defect management.

• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and Test Management.

You should possess the ability to:

• Coordinate and align effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Manage complex end-to-end testing activities.

• Identify and mitigate testing and migration risks.

• Validate data accurately during system migrations.

• Drive quality improvements and ensure effective defect resolution.
