Job description

Handle escalated technical support requests and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V).
Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.
Assist with client onboarding and deployment of IT solutions.
Document procedures, solutions, and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for issue resolution.
Participate in after-hours support rotation and respond to critical incidents.
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to internal knowledge resources.

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT operations?, * Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud services (e.g., Entra, Purview) and platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft) preferred.
