Job description

This position supports global sites across multiple time zones. Occasional availability may be required to start as early as 7:00 AM or end as late as 7:00 PM to accommodate meetings. Management will ensure alignment to a standard 8-hour workday., The Data Analyst (Hybrid) role supports enterprise transparency and reporting initiatives through data validation, reconciliation, and process support activities. This position provides exposure to cross-functional business processes, reporting systems, and large datasets, while strengthening analytical, compliance, and communication skills., * Identify, extract, and research invoices and supporting documentation to validate transaction details and business purpose

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Remediate, format, and prepare data for upload into transparency data processing and reporting tools
  • Perform high-volume data validation and reconciliation activities across multiple data sources
  • Support additional approved transparency and reporting processes as needed
  • Identify gaps in business processes, data controls, and systems; provide recommendations for improvement
  • Execute operational tasks including third-party vendor spend tracking and cross-functional sub-certification activities

Requirements

Do you have experience in Internal controls?, * Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred

  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2 years of relevant data analysis, reporting, or administrative experience is required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong comfort working with data, including data mining and manipulation of various file types (e.g., flat files, system downloads)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and maintain accountability
  • Ability to work independently and appropriately escalate issues or seek clarification
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
  • Strong compliance and controls mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP (Release 4.0 or higher)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
