Job description

Limitless Homes is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Assistant / Graphic Artist to join our team. This is a combined role - you’ll split your time between hands-on marketing support and producing compelling visual content that represents our brand. If you love both the strategy side of marketing and the craft of great design, this is the role for you.

This position is remote-friendly with a hybrid option for candidates in the Gulf Shores region.

What You’ll Do

  • Create graphics, social media visuals, digital ads, and marketing collateral that align with brand standards
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations including campaign coordination, content scheduling, and reporting
  • Design and update materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates, and signage
  • Assist in managing social media accounts - drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners as needed
  • Help maintain an organized digital asset library (photos, logos, templates, brand files)
  • Contribute ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions
  • Support special projects and company events as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing operations?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools (Canva Pro, Figma, etc.)

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, design, or communications role (internship experience counts)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Solid writing and communication skills - you’ll be drafting copy as well as designing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Self-starter who works well independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) is a plus
  • Associates or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred - but portfolio and experience matter more to us than a diploma
