Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI

Working alongside an experienced team of AI specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to shape technical direction, influence AI strategy and build production-ready solutions using the latest AI technologies., * Design, build and deploy production-ready Generative AI and machine learning solutions

• Develop LLM applications, RAG pipelines, semantic search and intelligent automation capabilities
• Work across the full AI lifecycle, from experimentation through to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
• Apply both classical machine learning and modern GenAI techniques to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI initiatives

• Strong Python and SQL skills with commercial experience delivering machine learning solutions
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications and Generative AI solutions, including RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering
• Experience deploying AI models into production using modern MLOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern AI tooling such as Databricks, Azure AI or Microsoft Fabric
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
