Job description

Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Serve as a subject matter expert across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, and Payroll systems.
Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Lead system implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, and data validation.
Oversee HRIS reporting, analytics, interfaces, and data integrity.
Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, training materials, and deliver end-user training.
Identify system and data issues, determine root causes, and lead resolution efforts.
Partner with HR teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

2+ years of recent HRIS/HR technology experience.
Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processes.
Strong understanding of HRIS technology, databases, reporting, and system integrations.
Experience with project management, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, training, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS applications.
Ability to manage confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
