Job description

We are urgently looking for 2 strong Data Engineers to support the data capabilities of the Accounts platform. The main focus will be on building and maintaining Snowflake-based data solutions, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data services., * Build and maintain scalable data pipelines.

Develop ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake, SQL, Python/PySpark and DBT.
Design and develop data transformation and processing solutions.
Implement data quality, monitoring and reconciliation.
Work on data modelling and data architecture.
Support secure and reliable data platforms.
Troubleshoot pipeline and production issues.
Automate data engineering processes and improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and other engineering teams.
Follow Agile development and modern engineering practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, Python/PySpark and DBT, with good experience working in AWS cloud environments., * Strong hands-on Snowflake experience.

Experience with DBT and ETL/ELT processes.
Good understanding of data modelling.
Experience with modern cloud data engineering.
AWS experience, particularly DMS, Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch and CloudFormation.
Understanding of data security, RBAC and governance.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
