Job description

  • Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der KI/ML-Landschaft mit Fokus auf Generative AI, LLMs (z.B. GPT, Gemini, Perplexity) und Agentic AI im Rahmen strategischer Projekte
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche (z.B. Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) bei datengetriebenen Initiativen
  • Analyse, Design und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller KI-Use-Cases - von Prototyping bis Produktivsetzung (inkl. MLOps)
  • Aktive Integrationsarbeit: Aufbau von End-to-End-Lösungen mit Tools wie Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow
  • Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Spezialistinnen, Product Ownern sowie Architektinnen für Daten- und KI-Roadmap

Requirements

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Data Science- und Machine Learning-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Projekten zu Generative AI, LLMs und Agentic AI
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie ML-Frameworks (z.B. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Interesse an Trends in der Welt von Gen AI
  • Gutes Verständnis angrenzender Bereiche wie Data Engineering oder klassischer Business Analytics
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Beratungskompetenz
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch sicher in der Projektsprache
