Executive / Senior Executive - Governance

You’ll be involved with an interesting and varied range of client projects along the way. Our clients are regularly involved in projects which span the full range of the Governance Professional’s role. We help our clients to:

• carry out M&A transactions
• undertake IPOs, RTOs and delisting
• move between markets
• conduct equity fundraisings
• execute share buybacks and capital reorganisations

and much more… Your portfolio of UK TopCo and subsidiary companies will expand your experience of both routine and project-related statutory filings and regulatory disclosures.

You’ll contribute to developing the team further through technical research, involvement in improving our processes, and, in time, helping to train and develop other staff in our growing team. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development activities from networking events to LinkedIn content production.

• 18+ months’ experience in a governance role
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
• Strong writing, organisation, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Commitment to client service excellence and team performance and wellbeing
• A minimum 2:1 degree in law, finance, history, English or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Willingness to work in our Central London office 4 days a week

As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, with a view to growing into the lead role on a portfolio of clients once qualified and sufficiently experienced.
