Job description
The Oracle Fusion Project Manager operates within an assigned Oracle Fusion workstream (ERP, SCM, or HCM) under the Program Manager and Business Transformation Office (BTO) structure. This role owns the detailed project plan, day-to-day task coordination, issue resolution, and status reporting for the workstream, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned to program-level milestones and requirements., * Serve as the day-to-day project lead for an assigned Oracle Fusion workstream (ERP, SCM, or HCM), reporting into the Program Manager.

Develop and maintain the detailed project plan for the workstream, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource assignments.

Facilitate workstream-level status meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins.

Identify, track, and resolve workstream-level risks and issues; escalate cross-workstream or program-level items to the Program Manager.

Coordinate day-to-day activities of functional and technical resources assigned to the workstream.

Maintain workstream-level reporting, including status updates, RAID log entries, and task-level progress tracking for program roll-up.

Ensure workstream deliverables align with approved business requirements and design decisions.

Support organizational change management (OCM) activities specific to the workstream, in coordination with BTO change resources.

Coordinate testing, training, and cutover activities within the workstream, ensuring readiness per the program plan.

Manage day-to-day vendor and system integrator resource coordination and deliverable tracking for the workstream.
Requirements
-
5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years on ERP implementation projects.

Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM) implementations at the project level.

Experience working within a structured PMO or transformation office environment.

Solid understanding of project management fundamentals: scheduling, RAID management, and resource planning.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to project sponsors and functional leads.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
