Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI platforms., * Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.

Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data preparation to production deployment.
Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning technologies.
Implement and optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
Develop and maintain ML APIs and integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Perform model evaluation, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in AI/ML or related engineering roles.
Strong programming experience with Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills., * Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML applications.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
Knowledge of ML monitoring and model governance.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
