IT Specialist II

Responsible for performing network administrative duties including setting up new users, assisting users with network access, and resolving connection problems. Responsible for PC installations and maintenance. Provides hardware and network technical support to users., The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by this position. • Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of network administration duties.
• Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of PC installation and maintenance.
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective business relations with end users and outside vendors.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Do you have experience in Networking equipment (troubleshooting support)?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Required

• Associates or better in Information Technology or related field
