Development Team Lead

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer or technical lead with strong C#/.NET and Azure integration experience to help shape scalable, cloud-native integration platforms within a collaborative, agile environment., You’ll provide hands-on technical leadership across integration services and distributed systems, working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions at pace.

You’ll play a key role in architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, driving best practice, and ensuring high standards across delivery, reliability, and security., * Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad

• Drive technical direction for integration services and platforms
• Design and implement APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures
• Build scalable Azure-native solutions using modern cloud services
• Remove technical blockers and support delivery across teams
• Promote engineering best practices, maintainability, and code quality
• Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, and technical strategy

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core/6+)
• Logic Apps
• Service Bus / Event Grid
• API Management
• Container Applications
• Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud-native scalability, resilience, and security
• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
