IT Deployment Technician (Entry to Mid-Level)

• Technicians will be responsible for the deployment of devices in support of an exciting initiative to deliver enterprise scale Epic EMR to a health system.
• These devices include workstations, thin clients, printers, e-signature pads, bar code scanners, and other end-user devices that integrate with the Epic EHR.
• Technicians will also be testing each device in the weeks and months prior to go-live.
• Testing workstations and peripheral devices, using Epic software modules and executing Epic test scripts, to ensure printing queues are created and printers are mapped to the correct workstations, and peripheral devices are working as expected.
• Viewing, creating, and modifying Excel worksheets.
• Providing detailed information on each failed workstation or device, using Epic modules and Epic test-script outputs, to ensure proper and efficient turnaround times for failure troubleshooting and resolution.
• Understand expected results and document failures effectively based on test script requirements.

Do you have experience in Performing background checks?, * 1+ years of IT Desktop Technician or equivalent IT experience

• Healthcare or Epic experience are major plus but not required
• New IT Graduates are welcome to apply, * Healthcare : 1 year (Preferred)
• Epic : 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer, Workstation, and Peripheral : 1 year (Preferred)
