Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting mergers and acquisitions by ensuring the smooth integration of end-user devices and providing hands-on support for clinical applications, including Epic., * Support and integrate end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support clinical applications, with a strong focus on Epic and related healthcare systems
  • Assist with device imaging, deployment, and configuration
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure minimal disruption during transitions
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support integration efforts

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexibility, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven experience supporting end-user devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with clinical applications, particularly Epic, in a healthcare environment
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common enterprise tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule as business needs require, * IT Hardware/Software Deployment: 1 year (Required)
  • Healthcare IT: 1 year (Preferred)
