Information Technology Team Lead

Our technology plays a vital role in supporting world-class radiopharmaceutical production, clinical trial imaging and preclinical research which helps bring new medicines to patients faster. If you’re passionate about technology and excited by the idea of leading a team while continuing to develop your own career, we’d love to hear from you., * Supporting and mentoring a small onsite IT team, with coaching and guidance to develop your leadership and management skills

• Taking ownership of IT projects, working closely with colleagues onsite and with our US operation
• Helping ensure our critical IT systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Contributing ideas that improve services, reduce risk and enhance user experience
• Remaining hands-on with technology while broadening your leadership responsibilities

• A strong IT infrastructure or support background
• Experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, networking, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and backup solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements
• Experience working in regulated environments is advantageous, but not essential
• Previous line management experience is welcome, but we’re equally interested in individuals with the ambition and potential to move into leadership for the first time.
