We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances delivery leadership with impactful ownership of high-value product areas.

Your team may focus on:

• Workflow and automation improvements
• Core platform scalability and resilience

Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety., * Serve as a hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead and develop a team of 2-6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth

• Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
• Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
• Guide teams in designing, building, testing and shipping new features
• Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and engineering excellence
• Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale

We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example. Leadership titles aren’t essential - but leadership behaviour is.

• A strong full-stack engineer with deep problem-solving instincts
• Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others
• Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
• Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams
• Confident challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguity
