DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Lead Engineer - Data Platform to design, build and evolve our hybrid data platform.You will guide a small high-impact team, set technical direction, mentor engineers and contribute to architecture and code.The role requires deep Snowflake, Airflow and Kafka expertise, plus strong Python/SQL, and experience with Terraform, Git and CI/CD.A relevant degree is advantageous and English fluency is essential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
