• Suggest and conduct relevant data analyses to enable deeper operational insights
• Support the optimisation of business processes to improve delivery experience, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Work with stakeholders across courier operations, strategic account management, customer care, business intelligence, and delivery partners to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Understand delivery operations metrics in depth and ensure their consistent use across the business
• Communicate delivery operations metrics to other teams
• Investigate problem orders to identify root causes and trends
• Proactively eliminate or reduce recurring problem orders where possible

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven experience in an analytical role
• Strong reporting skills, including collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating significant amounts of information accurately
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Strong modelling and problem-structuring skills for complex unstructured problems
• Proactive and clear communication skills
• Nice to have: Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Sheets, experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
