Lead Software Engineer

Cox Automotive seeks a Lead Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale cloud-native applications that power our telecommunications and media solutions. You’ll lead a high-performing engineering squad, drive technical direction, and ensure quality and reliability for platforms used by dealers and consumers worldwide. Partner with product, data, and DevOps teams to design APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Mentor engineers, champion best practices, and support a people-first, inclusive culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business value., * Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications and services
