Job description
- Responsible for development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business
- Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Responsible for day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including:
- configuration and environments support for various lines of business
- integration management / alerts monitoring
- email stats reporting for the business
- web certificate renewals
- email archiving
- user role configuration
- Risk management.
Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
- Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams
- JavaScript / HTMLExperience in REST/SOAP web services
- Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman
- Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
