JavaScript (Programming Language) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) Standard Sql File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Data Management Marketing Cloud

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience

At least 1 year working in a consulting agency, systems integrator, or managed services environment
Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in client-facing settings
Strong development experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
Proficient in SQL, with ability to create complex queries for segmentation, automation, and data management
Skilled in building customer journeys, Automation Studio workflows, CloudPages, and subscriber management solutions
Experienced in designing Marketing Cloud data models, Contact Builder architecture, and Business Unit configurations
Capable of integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems through APIs, SFTP, or other methods
Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience supporting healthcare organizations or knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, or healthcare marketing
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and challenge assumptions when appropriate
Must hold at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Consultant, Developer, Administrator, or Specialist)
Remote position with video interviews; no visa restrictions
