Power Automation / RPA & UiPath Developer

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience automating business processes, integrating applications and systems, developing workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through Robotic Process Automation., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
• Build UiPath workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Automate repetitive tasks across web applications, desktop applications, Excel, email, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and other business applications.
• Develop reusable components and follow automation development best practices.
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and error-recovery mechanisms.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, queues, processes, schedules, and robots.
• Troubleshoot production automation issues and provide ongoing support.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, process definition documents, solution design documents, and user guides.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Monitor automated processes and continuously improve performance and reliability.
• Follow security, compliance, coding, and change-management standards.

• 5+ years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process design, and exception handling.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 automation.
• Experience working with SQL databases and APIs.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with source control such as Git or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• UiPath certification such as UiPath Certified Professional / UiPath Automation Developer.
• Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate certification.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience with AI/ML and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Experience with OCR technologies and document automation.
• Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud automation.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
