Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a Federal environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, platform expertise, and a solid understanding of security, integrations, performance, and automation., * 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

2+ years of experience working in federal environments.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for applicable domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM-preferred/required based on domain.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Experience designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
Experience performing code reviews and design reviews.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
Experience optimizing GlideRecord queries and overall platform performance.
Experience designing secure applications and enterprise integrations.
Experience managing deployments across DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD environments.
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-related platform features., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Preferred
CIS - ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / HAM/SAM, as applicable to the role
