Production Support (Operations) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Production Support (Operations) Engineer to provide application and production support for critical Medicaid systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM DataPower, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), MOVEit/MFT, Splunk, and SQL.

The engineer will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident response, production troubleshooting, deployment support, root-cause analysis, and automation across a highly integrated healthcare technology environment., * Provide L2/L3 production and application support for enterprise systems.

• Perform real-time system monitoring and proactive incident management.
• Troubleshoot IBM DataPower, IIB/ACE, MQ, MFT and web service transactions.
• Administer and troubleshoot MOVEit / Managed File Transfer processes.
• Analyze production issues using Splunk logs and SQL queries.
• Perform Linux-based troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Support batch jobs, file transfers and application integrations.
• Participate in production deployments, validation and operational readiness.
• Lead incident troubleshooting and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors, business users and internal support teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Support ServiceNow incident, problem and change management processes.
