D365 Developer

Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer that will be focused on delivering high-quality software solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth. The D365 Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, architects, agile evangelists, and other developers, * Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Implement customizations, configurations, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools under guidance of Senior 365 Developer.
• Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Learn and grow expertise in the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and refine requirements.
• Implement customizations, configurations, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Perform unit testing and assist in integration and system testing.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Curious mindset to experiment and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.
• Must be a hardworking individual who is detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or other programming languages.

Core D365 Developer: 2+ years’ experience in D365 or related development environment

Preferred:

• Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
