SaaS Administration: You assist in managing a variety of SaaS applications, user accounts and access permissions.

Hardware Maintenance: You help oversee repairs and replacements of equipment so our team is always well-equipped.

Network Infrastructure: You support the monitoring of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers and VPN solutions.

Documentation: You help keep system configurations, policies and procedures up to date.

IT Security: You support security initiatives such as Access Management, endpoint security, MFA and device compliance.

What You’ll Learn

Hands-on experience most students only read about in lectures:

Modern Apple/macOS administration & endpoint management (MDM)

Cloud-based IT infrastructure and SaaS administration

Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT security fundamentals

Device lifecycle management

IT operations in a regulated Digital Health environment

Supporting distributed, remote-first teams

You’ll work with a modern, cloud-first toolset, including MDM for our Apple fleet, single sign-on and IAM, a leading productivity suite, and current endpoint security and network solutions. We’ll walk you through the full stack in the first conversation., Perspektive: Echte Verantwortung, Mentoring und ein realistischer Weg in eine Festanstellung nach dem Abschluss

Moderne Apple-/macOS-Administration & Endpoint Management (MDM)

Cloudbasierte IT-Infrastruktur und SaaS-Administration

Identity & Access Management (IAM) und Grundlagen der IT-Security
