Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, API, and integrated applications.
2. Partner with QA and development teams to define automation strategies, test data, accessibility testing, and continuous testing practices.
3. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD processes, review automation code, troubleshoot failures, and improve testing efficiency.
4. Track defects, quality metrics, risks, and automation progress while providing technical guidance to QA teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation, including web/mobile automation, API testing, and automation framework development.

Technical Skills

Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Test Automation Frameworks, API Testing, Mobile Testing, CI/CD, Git, SQL & Test Data Management

Business / Domain Skills

Quality Assurance, Test Automation Strategy, Functional & Integration Testing, Accessibility Testing, Defect Management, Software Quality Management

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with mobile testing across iOS and Android and cloud-based testing platforms.
