IT Support Technician - I

We are seeking a solution-focused and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our IT team. You will act as the “face of IT,” providing hands-on and remote technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, excels at troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and thrives on delivering exceptional customer service., * End-User Support: Act as the primary contact for IT incidents, providing timely, professional support in-person, over the phone, or via remote tools.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware (laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals) and network connectivity issues.
• Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS performance problems, software errors, and network connectivity issues.
• System Upgrades: Perform OS updates, hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD), and patch management as needed.

Do you have experience in macOS?, Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent written/oral communication skills, and high patience when assisting users.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Linux and macOS
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a “customer-first” approach.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk or desktop support roles.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 30-50 lbs.
• Position requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
