Data Scientist

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
• Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, insights and business opportunities.
• Build, validate and optimise statistical and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers and data teams to translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science methodologies, best practices and model governance.

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Strong commercial experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience working with PySpark, Spark, or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modelling and feature engineering.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

• MLOps tools such as MLflow.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Time series forecasting, NLP or Generative AI.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device or other highly regulated industries.
