Barcelona, Spain Hybrid Job Band I Join our Data Management Team in Regulatory Affairs, where we use technology to turn regulatory information into meaningful data. This crucial role involves encoding the data into our database for regional and global regulations and customer’s guidelines, enabling the determination of compliance for products developed within our P&B Business Unit. Input new regulatory requirements (client, regional/global, internal, etc.) in corporate databases. Identify and communicate the impact of regulatory changes. Ensure data and documentation integrity. Contribute to the improvement of processes and best practices related to

regulatory data management. Contribute to the development and enhancement of information systems and databases. Provide best-in class support on fragrance regulatory aspect; participate in cross-functional team discussions linked to regulatory projects. You bring Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field. At least 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with good knowledge of fragrance, cosmetic or chemical regulations, safety data sheets and database systems, computer literate (MS Office). Service and result oriented; forward looking and creative thinker; strong communication and presentation skills; hands-on mentality; high attention to detail.
