Job description

  • Lead Systems Engineering across programmes and multiple projects
  • Own technical solutions, requirements and engineering delivery
  • Provide technical direction across Systems, Hardware, Firmware & Software
  • Lead design reviews and engage with senior stakeholders and customers
  • Manage technical risk, solution maturity, schedule and delivery
  • Lead, mentor and develop Systems Engineering teams

Requirements

Significant Systems Engineering experience Strong knowledge of the full lifecycle / ISO 15288 Experience leading Systems Engineers across programmes Background in complex defence, aerospace or safety-critical environments Strong technical leadership and stakeholder skills Experience with hardware, software or firmware-based solutions

INCOSE and NCSC experience would be advantageous.
