Job description
- Perform management duties for a team of Software Engineers
- Execute against major product initiatives, leveraging Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies
- Provide technical leadership, guiding your team to deliver high-quality software using industry best practices, secure coding principles, and a shift-left mentality
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects, and Development Leadership on product design and timelines
Requirements
- B.S. in a Computer Science-related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of software development/engineering experience, with core languages like C#, Java, and C++, as well as web-based frameworks like Angular and relational database management systems like SQL Server
- AI and SDET experience is a plus
- 2+ years of leadership and/or people management experience
