AI Solutions Engineer

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll collaborate with scientists, engineers, and domain experts to develop agentic systems and expert tools that enhance productivity and accuracy for professionals worldwide. You’ll be at the heart of 0-1 innovation, experimenting with large language models and optimizing intelligent workflows that solve complex, real-world problems. This role is ideal for those based in Mexico, Brazil, or the broader North/South American region.

Primary Skills: Python / NLP / LLM / AI Prototyping Total Years Of exp: 4+ years experience mandatory, * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in Python for rapid prototyping and AI solution development
• Familiarity with the architecture and capabilities of large language models
• Ability to collaborate with domain experts on practical AI use cases
• Strong analytical skills and an experimental, data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Active interest in AI research, tools, and development trends

Bonus Skills

• Portfolio demonstrating creative use of LLMs in AI solutions
• Experience with NLP tasks such as NER, IR, summarization, or QA systems
• Familiarity with MLOps and managing full AI application lifecycles
• Experience developing and optimizing agentic workflows
• Understanding of prompt engineering and context/state orchestration
