SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Specialist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies . This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Master Data solutions that support data governance, data quality, and enterprise-wide business process efficiency .

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on SAP professional who can collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP solutions., * Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations , with a primary focus on Master Data Management (MDM) configurations and best practices

• Utilize SAP Activate methodology to drive project execution across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs for master data governance

• Configure and manage SAP Master Data objects including: *

• Material Master
• Customer Master
• Vendor Master
• Business Partner
• Financial Master Data
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and EWM to maintain end-to-end data consistency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
• Support system testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Master Data issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, and data quality frameworks
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA enhancements and industry best practices

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Management , or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management implementation and support
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies and Agile project management principles
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
