Job description

We are seeking a Senior Red Hat Linux Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Linux systems supporting critical ERP applications., * Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.

  • Support Linux infrastructure supporting ERP and business-critical applications.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Manage system availability, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Work with application, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve issues.
  • Automate routine administration and operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience administering Red Hat Linux environments.
  • Strong experience with RHEL in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting ERP applications and systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scripting, automation, patching, and system monitoring.
  • Distribution industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
