Job description

  • Own the technical enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API capabilities.
  • Define effective enablement patterns that support adoption across customer segments.
  • Lead customer training and enablement across the full customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, solution principals, engineering, delivery, sales, security, and partners.

Requirements

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in AI Solution Architecture with a focus on Open AI., * AI Solution Architect.
  • Open AI.
  • ChatGPT Enterprise.
  • Codex.
  • Agents.
  • API capabilities.

Qualification And Education:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
