IT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team at SIKKY Manufacturing. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing technology solutions to support our business operations and improve overall efficiency. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company., Evaluate and analyze current technology systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance technology infrastructure and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to end-users
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company’s operations
• Train and educate employees on new technology systems and processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related role
• Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
