IT SPECIALIST

As an IT Specialist at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s computer systems and networks. You will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our systems to ensure maximum efficiency. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company., Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security
• Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT-related questions or concerns
• Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
