Job description
Be an Early Applicant Remote Hiring Remotely in US Mid level Remote Hiring Remotely in US Mid level Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. Conduct discovery, configure workflows and platform settings, support data imports, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and manage testing. Guide client administrators and executives, communicate timelines and risks, build trusted relationships, and deliver training and best practices. Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product while improving implementation playbooks, documentation, and processes. The summary above was generated by AI, We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Client Services team. You’ll lead onboarding projects for new clients and deliver professional services consulting for existing ones. You combine the consultative instincts to guide an executive through a discovery session with the technical depth to configure a platform and validate that it works the way the client needs it to.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, technical configuration, and client relationship-building. You will work across our association management and learning management platforms, helping organizations go live, adopt best practices, and get full value from their investment.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced implementation professional who learns new platforms quickly and explains them clearly - to a technical administrator and to an executive director in the same week. You manage competing priorities without dropping details, hold timelines without losing relationships, and push for quality without waiting to be asked.
You treat every client engagement as a consulting project: listen first, configure second, train third. You document what you build, share what you learn, and look for ways to make the next implementation better than the last.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead Client Implementations
-
Own end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks throughout.
-
Set and maintain client expectations - communicating changes proactively, surfacing issues early, and keeping projects moving through shifting priorities.
-
Hold clients and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines without damaging the relationship.
-
Navigate changing requirements while maintaining project momentum and delivering successful outcomes.
Configure and Deliver Solutions
Conduct discovery to understand each client’s business processes, then translate those requirements into platform configurations that fit how they actually work.
-
Configure application settings, workflows, and platform options to meet each client’s functional and reporting needs.
-
Support data imports and validate data setup to ensure a clean, accurate go-live.
-
Define, execute, and document testing to confirm client requirements are met before cutover.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system setup issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Guide and Enable Client Teams
-
Help clients understand how to get the most from the platform by sharing best practices, recommending workflow approaches, and connecting their business processes to platform capabilities.
-
Act as the primary point of guidance throughout the implementation - answering questions, clarifying how features apply to their specific context, and helping teams feel ready at go-live.
-
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day administrators to executive leadership.
-
Serve as a trusted advisor: surface risks before they become problems, help clients make informed configuration decisions, and set them up for long-term success.
Strengthen the Team
-
Collaborate across Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product to deliver clean handoffs and consistent client experiences.
-
Document client configurations, customizations, and key decisions so post-implementation transitions are smooth.
-
Help build and improve team assets - playbooks, templates, process guides - so our implementation practice gets more consistent and repeatable over time.
-
Share what you know: contribute to documentation, provide product feedback, and support teammates on the platforms and processes you know well.
