Test & Evaluation Engineer 3

• Develop and track performance metrics, identify trends, and support corrective action planning.
• Assist in developing test execution plans including resource allocation, scheduling, equipment utilization, and floor space management.
• Improve communication and operational visibility through status reporting of testing and cleaning activities.
• Support creation and maintenance of test, cleaning, and operational documentation.
• Track test phases and upcoming activities to ensure program deadlines are met.
• Coordinate daily with propulsion test management and engineering teams.
• Operate under general direction while supporting laboratory and propulsion test operations.

• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (clearance active within the past 24 months is acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience in test laboratory operations.
• 7+ years of propulsion, pressure and fluid systems, or vacuum system testing experience.
• 4+ years of precision hardware cleaning experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR)., * 4+ years of cleanroom operations experience.
• Experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Knowledge of propellant handling, chemical storage, or safety requirements., Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
