Technical Baseline Systems Engineer

• 2+ years of experience performing and leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations ( CONOPS ) , architectural designs, and integration and test plans \n

• Experience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program \n

• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review \n

• Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word \n

• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 \n

• Secret clearance \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS \n, * Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS \n

• Experience using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines \n

• Experience creating and managing Jira tickets or Confluence pages \n

• Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen \n

• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02 \n

• Knowledge of Agile met hodologies \n

• TS/SCI clearance \n

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS \n

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification \n

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
